Primary Care
Our highly capable doctors, physician assistants, and nurse practitioners offer comprehensive care for a wide range of acute injuries, illnesses, and conditions, and they will help you manage chronic health conditions as well.
Women’s Health Care
Our doctors and nurse practitioners offer affordable gynecological and obstetrical care for adolescent girls and adult women in West Memphis, Blytheville, Earle, Helena, Lepanto, Marvell, and Trumann, and surrounding communities.
Pediatric Care
We are committed to providing the best possible medical and dental care for every child in Crittenden, Poinsett, Mississippi, and Phillips counties, especially those from underserved communities. Whether you are insured, uninsured, or underinsured, our doctors, physician assistants, and nurse practitioners will provide the compassionate care your child deserves.
Chronic Disease Management
We provide comprehensive care for the treatment and management of chronic medical conditions, such as diabetes, high blood pressure (hypertension), obesity, and HIV/AIDS.
HIV Management
The Arkansas Delta AIDS Care Center (ADAC), a satellite of East Arkansas Family Health Center in West Memphis, provides comprehensive, client-centered HIV/AIDS case management services to eligible patients.
Dental Care
We make dental care easy and affordable for you and your family so you can get the care you deserve, which is why we offer on-site dental services at our West Memphis, Blytheville, Earle, Helena, Lepanto, and Trumann offices.
Ophthalmology
At East Arkansas Family Health Center, our eye doctor provides high quality, personalized eye care for patients of all ages in our West Memphis office. He diagnoses and treats all types of eye diseases, performs eye surgery, and prescribes and fits eyeglasses and contact lenses to correct vision problems.
Behavioral Health
East Arkansas Family Health Center has an embedded behavioral health team in our primary care practice. Our behavioral health team provides consultation, assessment, and intervention to address a number of issues ranging from traditional mental health (e.g., depression and anxiety) to health psychology issues (self-management of diabetes, terminal illness, obesity, chronic pain, healthy diet, etc.).
Pharmacy
We know that transportation can be an issue for many of our patients, and we want to make getting the health care you need as easy as possible. That’s why we offer a number of diagnostic tests and services within our seven primary care clinics in West Memphis, Blytheville, Earle, Helena, Lepanto, Marvell, and Trumann in Arkansas.
Community Services
We are committed to the communities we serve in Crittenden, Poinsett, Mississippi, and Phillips counties. Our goal is to help residents in these counties obtain affordable health care services and prescription medication. We provide other community services as well, such as Medicaid enrollment assistance, free health screenings, and transportation to and from our offices.
