  • We provide personal consultations on medication directions, drug safety, lifestyle adjustments, and more, all aimed at prioritizing your well-being. Our experienced pharmacy team studies your profile for drug allergies, potential interactions, and any concerns regarding adverse effects.
• Prescription Refills and Transfers
  • Our experienced team can fill new and existing prescriptions or facilitate transfers in person, via phone, or via our mobile app – RXlocal. We fill prescriptions from EAFHC providers or outside providers for most conditions. Ask our pharmacy team more about this service.
• Medical Adherence Packaging 
  • The pharmacy team at EAFHC understands the challenges of adhering to medication schedules over an extended period. We offer free packaging that conveniently separates your medications into dose packs to assist you with this. 
• MTM - Medication Therapy Management 
  • Your overall health and wellness are important to us. Medication Therapy Management is a comprehensive program that ensures your utmost well-being. Our team of professionals collaborates to provide personalized services that detect and resolve any costly medication issues while optimizing therapeutic outcomes. Through active involvement between the patient, pharmacist, and healthcare provider, we strive to ensure that every patient is fully informed about their health and medications.

  • Regarding insurance and pricing, our pharmacy team is here to assist you! We are proud to participate in the 340B program, which enables us to offer more affordable services and medications. Feel free to consult a pharmacy staff member regarding your medications, coverage plan, and personal circumstances.
